ZOOTECHNIA 2013 was a success!
The 8th International Fair for Livestock and Poultry took place in Thessaloniki, at the International Exhibition and Congress Center, between the 7th and the 10th of February. According to first estimates, the number of visitors exceeded the 42,100 mark, a figure which represents an increase 66% versus 2011!
ZOOTECHNIA, the only specialized exhibition of its kind in Greece and the Balkans, presented and promoted news and developments in the fields of livestock, machinery, services and research, and offered opportunities for the creation of new partnerships.
The exhibition is being organized by HELEXPO and attracts entrepreneurs of livestock and poultry, industrialists, representatives, distributors, executives of businesses and organizations, trade journalists, and consumers.
The PROVET presence in ZOOTECHNIA was twofold: At the PROVET stand (#7 at Hall 10) visitors had the opportunity to get introduced to our full range of services and products addressing the livestock and poultry markets, both in pharmaceuticals and nutritionals. At the same time, at the Pet Festival (Hall 2), PROMIVET (formerly known as KTINIATRIKI PROMITHEFTIKI) featured our pet products at Stand # 10.
Most importantly, our presence at ZOOTECHNIA was successful. Our stands were constantly packed with visitors, we had the opportunity to meet with many of our business partners from the commercial as well as the scientific community and – last but not least – we were presented with the Distinction Award from the organizers for the creativity and functionality of our stands!
